STEP 1: Submit Broker Application and become a BridgeWell Approved Broker!
STEP 2: Submit a loan for preapproval using our Loan Submission Preapproval Form.
STEP 3: Collect the required documentation to submit a loan. Submit completed file to broker@bridgewellcapital.com.
STEP 4: The BridgeWell Processing Department will collect additional documentation to complete the loan file and order an appraisal/BPO, building inspection and title work. We can close in as little as 10 business days.
STEP 5: Loan Funded! You get paid!

Licensed Broker
What's Required to become a BridgeWell Approved Licensed Broker:
- Completed BridgeWell Capital Broker Package
- Current NMLS Approval
- Current State Approval
- Authorization to Background Check
Unlicensed Broker*
What's Required to become a BridgeWell Approved Unlicensed Broker:
- Completed BridgeWell Capital Broker Package
- Completed Unlicensed Addendum
- Authorization to pull Credit (Soft Pull)
*To become an unlicensed approved broker with Bridgewell Capital, applicant must be able to prove they have a legitimate business brokering loans. Applicant is required to pass credit and background checks, provide personal and business financial statements and bank statements and be a bone-fide third-party, at arms length to the transaction.
