Security

Investor security is our #1 priority. Investment safety features for the BridgeWell investment program include:

Solid Properties: Single-family homes typically with a minimum of 3 br/2 ba, 1,000 sq ft or more.

Low loan-to-value loans: 75% loan-to-value or less.

Substantial down payments: Borrowers make substantial down payments. (Typically 20% or more).

Qualified borrowers: Borrowers are qualified based on their “ability to succeed”. A combination of credit score, down payment, income, and cash reserves is utilized for qualifying.

Insurance: All mortgage investments are protected by mortgage title insurance and hazard insurance on the property.
